not yet realized, the Mitreo comic is a project I’ve been working on for a very long time. Unfortunately for various events and lack of desire / time I was unable to complete it.
Here, however, I insert some work in progress of the project to intrigue a little.
the project is set in a small mountain town and everything revolves around a main character… Mitréo; it was quite difficult to choose the style of the character, as he had to represent a boy full of weaknesses and insecurities.
At his side I imagined a lonely and particular girl, as indeed the main character must have been … let’s say a little like “I’m not ok with this”
“The monsters came to my mind taking some inspiration here and there from the real world and also a little bit from my fears.”
After taking the course on Domestika with Samuel Smith and the theory of light, I immediately performed some exercises in this regard on my character.
studies and character designs led me to revolutionize the characters and in the end I came to this conclusion
